Use this section when entering clinic location details and capturing GPS from a mobile phone. The system accepts submissions only when GPS accuracy is 10 meters or less.
Open the system link on the mobile phone and log in using the assigned username and password.
The dashboard shows how many clinics have already been submitted and how many still need action.
Open the menu, go to Location > Clinic, select the correct clinic, and tap Collect / Edit.
Go physically to the clinic site and stand outside or near the actual clinic entrance. Select the clinic status and all services provided in the clinic, then tap Capture current GPS.
Accuracy rule: The location can be submitted only when GPS accuracy is 10m or less. If accuracy is more than 10m, move to an open area, wait a few seconds, and capture again.
If GPS does not work or a location error appears, please check whether location access is enabled on your phone and browser. For step-by-step instructions, refer to: or .
When the phone asks permission, allow location access. Without this permission, the system cannot fill latitude and longitude.
Wait until latitude, longitude, and accuracy are filled automatically. The accuracy must be 10m or less. If it is higher than 10m, the system will show a guidance message and will not allow submission.
When the accuracy is acceptable, check the map marker, add remarks if needed, and tap Submit Location.
Use this section when reviewing submitted clinic coordinates and verifying records.
Open Submissions, filter by MOH or status if needed, review the location on the map, then verify, return, or reject the record.
Verify only when the point is correct. Use Return for correction when the MOH user must update the record. Use Bulk verify selected only after checking the selected records.
A screen-recording tutorial can be displayed here once configured.
